Holly's Super Formula Detox Tea

My herbal alchemy all started right here, about twenty years ago, with this detox tea blend, the very first herbal formulation I ever made on my own, no recipes, no imitation.

I had been diagnosed with incipient liver disease. Boy did that wake me up! I knew it was connected to unprocessed anger and rage as well as a poor diet on top of that.

I had been studying Ayurvedic medicine on my own — this is the ancient Indian healing modality. I had been absorbing so much information and then I branched out into Western herbalism and Traditional Chinese medicine. Bravely — or foolishly — I dove right in and concocted my own medicine, I came up with my very own detox formula to clear my blood and tissues.

I drank nothing but the tea for three weeks, and I also modified my diet to eliminate alcohol, sugar, salt, fatty meats, and processed food. After three weeks, yellow goo (called ama in Ayurveda) came out of my eyes and all other openings in my body! It was a little disconcerting, but I had already learned about the so-called “healing crisis.” This was it! My body had reached the tipping point and was dumping all the collected toxins from every cell.

After a couple more days, the purge was over, and I felt light as a feather! What is more, my liver was healed! Further testing showed no more liver disease! Wow!

I recommend drinking this tea for up to three weeks if you think a deep detox is needed. If you want a lighter detox, you can drink this for one week or more.

One package includes enough tea for one solid week of usage. Purchase additional packages if you want to extend your usage. You can drink this alongside water, or, alone, which I recommend.

All the herbs in this tea are sourced from reputable, high-quality sources. Ingredients include: stinging nettle leaf, burdock root, yellow dock root, Phylanthus niruri, red clover, dandelion, amla, and a pinch of cayenne.
